Who was the NFL kicker who suffered a broken nose on the field and they showed on TV?

There was an NFL game in recent years (90's or 2000's) where the kicker had to run with the ball, he got tackled and he suffered a broken nose and the camera caught him coming off the play and his nose was crooked on his face - gross. But can't remember who it was or what teams/game it was.

Anyone remember???

It was a Thanksgiving day game in 02' and the kicker was Matt Turk from the Redskins. The opposing team was the Cowboys.
