My favorite Villian is either 006 (I cannot spell his characters name) from Goldeneye or Koskov from The living Daylights.

Agreed Jaws was scary. The guy (Baron Samedi) out of Live and Let Die was pretty creepy too.

However, mine goes to Mr Wint and Mr Kidd, because there was something really nasty about them.
