Who thinks what this boy said is vile and discusting?

Hello, My school is doing an exchange project and Germans are staying at students houses, on facebook someone said
"My Germans don't speak English like....at all! Help me."

And a boy replied with

"gas them in the shower. and ration there food. make them live in terror while there in this country"

Now I think this is a vile statement because it is clearly xenophobic and racist. What are your views on this?
