I think he really does. Because in my opinion Batman would never of been as good without him. To me he basically made that movie. And even though he's no longer alive he still deserves to be recognized.

I can't say as I didn't see all the movies of the actors. I did see Dark Knight though, and I was amazed. Had I not known going in that it was Heath Ledger, I would have had to read the credits to figure out who it was.
