Who The Hel Are You?

Webster's College Dictionary

Belief:
1. Something believed; opinion; conviction.
2. Confidence in the truth or existence of something not immediately susceptible to rigorous proof.
3. Confidence; faith; trust.

Religion:
1. A set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature and purpose of the universe, esp. when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code for the conduct of human affairs.

Proselytize:
1. To induce someone to convert to one's own religious faith.
2. To induce someone to join one's own political party or to espouse one's doctrine.

Neither beliefs or religion include proselytizing within their definitions. Debates or discussions about religions and belief systems are just that - opinions shared, based on internal convictions.

SageMachael why do you say that you don't believe in god or religion or whatever when you clearly do? the tittle underneath your name says "GOD OF HATE" which signifys that you do in fact believe in gods. just thought I would say that.

And for all religous factors and all, My view point is that God does exist and the Bibble used to be true to an extent. Over the years, the bibble was changed by the romans and others for political purposes but it still had some truths. In any case or what have you, the only thing I have to say is that I believe in God but am not going to church and all that crap.
the bibble says to not deny god before thy fellow man, so I won't, but I am not going to go head over heals in some church that can't keep its story straight.

Most times religious people challenge your beliefs. May I ask how you think the world was created. If you say evolution or a "big bang" you fail. And usually people that don't believe as you do can't figure out why you don't think as they do. Thus, making you an idiot. So, you get flamed.
