Who should I drop on my fantasy baseball team, Gary Sheffield or Shane Victorino?

Sheffield: Detroit OF, batting .286 with 1 RBI, out a few games this year.
Victorino: Philedelphia OF, batting .188 with 2 RBI, 2 Runs, and a steal.
Does Sheffield's injury liability outway his upside? Is Victorino just having a terrible start?
