Looking at a potential purchase of several acres, but I'm not sure who to bring with me. I guess I should find a realtor to work with, but should I also bring a contractor? Approximately how much would a contractor charge to look at the lot?
I would like to have someone along who can tell me if they see any problems with building on the land. I don't know if there have been any perc tests or whatever else is needed.
Also I'm not sure what kinds of questions to ask.
