...aunt/uncle...please read on... We had a private destination wedding and are having a wedding reception (really like a party with food and lots of beer!!, we requested on the invites no gifts) a month and a half later. The caterer is simply just setting up the food and leaving and it will be a serve yourself type of thing. I mainly want someone, or two people, to keep an eye on the buffet and switch food out as needed. I am unsure of the appropriate people to ask to host/hostess. Any ideas?? Also, the all the people I have in mind have children to watch so I was almost thinking of asking two couples to do it.
