Who saw "The Pee Wee Herman Show" at "Club Nokia"?

Unfortunately I did not have the chance to see it, but to those of you who did see it, how big of a part does the abstinence ring play in it? How do they introduce it and what do they say about it? Does he have trouble keeping his abstinence?
