Hey, if yall remember me i was the person whose dog got attacked,

Well anyway if you dont remember, read that but most importantly if you do, the funny part is that the people whose dog attacked ours are sueing us! LOL appaerently our 20 lb. beagle attacked there 100 lb. Rotwiler/german sheppard/lab/pitbull ( much more mixes )

omg! :eek: usa sucks donkeyshit.. how..how..GAAAH! I am literally going crazy with your laws.. I hope the best for you :hug2: and hopefully the owners of the dog get neutered( or whatever the word is how you cut the balls of someone) for raising a dog like that :sad:
 
That reminds me on an incident that happened here in the UK a few years back. A Taxi driver knocks this guy down with his car and the guy dies. Two months later the family of the dead chap get a letter saying that the taxi driver is sueing them for something like loss of income and trauma. WTF?!?!

Anyone with a brain would be able to tell that you're in the right. Good luck with the case. :thumbsup:
 
Wow. Obviously the people who own the mutt must think there dog can do no wrong. It's their little smookems. :mfinger: F$ck that. I would hope those people have not yet had the chance to procreate yet becuase those are gunna be some f*cked up kids. It's people like them that make me want to add chlorine to the gene-pool.
 
Lol the funny part is hes attacked 7 other dogs and a person :O Oh and i like the idea of the mutt gettin neutered :) And wow about that taxi thing, thats what shes sueing us for! trauma rofl! and appaerently kicking off a peice of there fence to get the dog out of there ( his head was stuck )

Anyways, sucks balls to get sued for that. Sue the shit out of them in return.
 
Whenever something truamatic comes along in everyones life, instead of moving on, some idiot will say "hey, why don't you sue?". All of a sudden, they can smell the money. its not even their fault, its some idiot thats been watching too many adverts about getting "compensation".
i dunno, im pretty stoned.
 
I'm suprised that the neighbours dog is still alive.
Look around and get a hold of the other people affected by this dogs behaviour and the owners lack of responsability. I dont know where you live or what kind of political structure you have but another avenue is to get a hold of your area representative. I mean at the local level. Mayor councilman, reeve,alderman, whatever. Get in thier ear and let them know about this animal and the fools in charge of it. Doing so with a group of people that have had the same experiance will have more weight. Be prepared to show vet bills and pictures of your pups damage. Hasn't anyone registered complaints with the coppers?
I've raised dogs from pups to putting them to sleep. And I've rehabilitated some abused dogs too. From personal experiance, while the "breed" of a dog does factor into its behaviour, THERES NO SUCH THING AS A BAD DOG, JUST IRRESPONSIBLE OWNERS. They absolutely NEED to be held 100% accountable.
It's already gotten away with attacking a person once (by what you said), its just a matter of time till it goes after a child. And then it's too fucking late.
And when all else fails there's rat poison and ground beef. (but you didn't get the idea from here or from me, right?)
 
Please use proper grammer. Anyway, there are a few technicalities. First off, I've seen crazier cases where the accused have lost.

Something about a robber getting injured while going down a chimney, he sued and won.

It's a bit fuct, but it could happen. Anyway, the best way to win a case is tell the most truth you can. Don't give your opinion and give what you know, not what you think you know. Hmmmm, also avoid contact with your neighbors, they could use some of the things you do against you. Try not to sound angry either, if you lose your cool, the jury will think your out of control.
 
Yea, theyre the best dogs ever... But there bark is SO loud.. piercing when it comes out of no were =\ But theyre still super friendly.
