if it is a dual voice coil speaker and you have a bridgeable amp then yes. but if its a monoblock amp then you would need two dual voice coil 4-ohm speakers.
wire the speakers in parallel:
+ on amp to + on first coil to + on 2nd coil. - on amp to - on 2nd coil to - on first coil. and bridge the amp. if its a monoblock then wire both subs like that and conect them both into the channels on the amp.
