The original definition of third world was not poor nations. The original definition was nations that were neither allegiant to the capitalist, democratic western nations of NATO nor were they allegiant to the communist nations of eastern Europe and East Asia.

Looks like you are wound up about something but perhaps should take a breath and ask the question again.
 
The third world are the people in Africa, the Middle-East and Asia. They do not have computers, cars or kitchens. Not like we Westerners have anyway.
