Who is your favorite team's GM and who is the best GM in the league?

Mine is Joe Dumars and I think Joe Dumars is the best.

Don't be critical just state your team's and who you think is the best.

And give thumbs up and thumbs down to the others as that's how I will give out best answer.
 
My team's GM is Mitch Kupchak.
The best is either Mitch Kupchak(built a contender in 2 years) or Kevin Pritchard(has a load of talented youngsters).

Mitch is the best in the league he rebuilt the lakers from when they treaded shaq missed the playoffs into a championshp team
 
My GM (76ers) is Ed Stefanski

Best GM is Mitch Kupchak.

Jerry West was the best GM when he was with the Lakers for their dynasty years of the 80s with Magic and Kareem, then with Shaq and Kobe. He managed to trade players to draft Magic Johnson and James Worthy as #1 picks, while the Lakers were still already winning championships. He also traded Vlade Divac for a guy named Kobe Bryant in the '96 draft.
 
R.C. Buford is GM of the Spurs. And of course, he's the best.

The Spurs have three rings under his guidance

The Spurs play in one of the smaller markets in the NBA, yet they have been a force for the past decade. They win 50 or more games every year.

Despite not having a decent draft pick in practically forever, the Spurs have managed to pick up guys like Parker and Ginoboli that other teams have overlooked.
