Who is your favorite American Idol judge and why?

This season, I am really liking Kara DioGuardi... At first, I didn't like her because of her criticisms of the infamous Bikini Girl... But looking back, that girl COULDN'T sing, and she was just trying to get her 15 minutes of fame... Which she got, but sadly her 15 minutes only lasted about 2 minutes. But... Here's why I'm liking Kara. She has a background in singing... And she's been extremely successful. Yes, I know Paula sang too... But honestly, I don't really count "Straight Up" as great musical quality, and Kara has cowritten some great songs. She's sweet to the contestants, but she doesn't lie to them. She knows what she's trying to say, and she says it. And she's fresh... I was getting tired of the SAME judges with the SAME general comments and whatnot. But I did find out that her boyfriend of like 8 years or something proposed once he found out she was going to be a judge, and that seems kind of clingy to me... I don't know anything about their relationship, but I wish that her boyfriend would have not pulled such a gold digger move. Anyways, who is YOUR favorite? :)
 
As much as I don't want to admit it, I have to say my favorite is Simon. He gets all the attention, but I also can't help but think how he says it real too. Sometimes his comments are too nasty, but they haven't been too mean lately. He just makes it real.

Unfortunately, my least fave is Kara. I think she's still trying to figure out her "role." Paula's the nice one, Randy's the cool one, and Simon's the real one. Where does Kara fit? Sometimes I don't think she can make up her mind. She may start off being "mean," but then in the end she switches her take and becomes nice. Eh. But really, her bf of 8 years recently proposed? Yeah, that's not cool. Gee, just in time that his girl is an American Idol judge, the biggest show on TV. Definitely gold digger.
 
Well I really like the two girls, Cara speaks the truth but I always like it when a contestant does really bad and all the other judges tell them what they did wrong but Paula tries to take the one good thing out of it and it helps their spirts go up. Simon can just be mean sometimes but he does speak truth and Randy is just kindof wierd, idk I just don't like him.
 
I have always been a fan of Simon's. He tells it like it is. I know he can be a little rough on the contestants but in all truth it is a rough business. I like Kara also she is a female version of Simon.
 
Simon is my fave because he's honest even if it hurts the person. He doesn't sugar coat anything like the rest of them.
 
Well, They all have good things about them,
Kara gives her honest opinion, but not too harsh.
Paula tries to find the best in all of them
Simon gives the honest truth and helps them get better by telling them that.
Randy.....um.....er.....randy is ok. But he says ''yo dude'' or ''just keepin it real'' too much.
 
I've always been a fan of Simon, I agree with him the most, he has the most relevant criticism
 
Simon. He doesn't try to win over any contestant. If it's bad, it's bad. If it's good, it's good. He's truthful and frank, no gimmicks.
