I think Westbrook would be better. I just feel like Fernandez would end up being just like Birdman in the dunk contest in Denver, and we all know that was just embarrassing.
 
he is not a great dunker that is creative, he can just dunk normally and can jump pretty high. Russell Westbrook on the other hand is a freak of nature.
