If IMO Molly Holly--Bull Nakano--Victoria were the best at wrestling and Mickie James get Honorable Mention--the are the "10's".

Using a scale from 0 to 10 propose the least talented diva in history:

I am going to take the easy choice: Kelly Kelly.
 
WTTTTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????? KELLY KELLY Got SOOO much better at wrestling!! shes one of the best divas, People could just be jealous;;; shes HOTTT & talented.
 
I'd have to say Candice Michelle.

Not only did she suck in the ring, she actually thought she was good!!! While she wasn't a 0 like Kelly Kelly, she was definitely a 1 or 2 and the arrogance that made her think she was an accomplished wrestler has to earn her some extra points.
 
Cant pick only one from all of them cuz about 98% of total WWE Diavs r crap but if I ve to chose top 5 than here is the list

1.Chyna--->no wrestling skills moreover she was more like a man in looks so we cant consider her as an Diva at all.
1.5/10

2.Kelly Kelly--->Shes hot but zero talent,barely better than Chyna.
1.6/10

3.Candice Michelle--->still cant understand how in the blue she got the womens title.
2.0/10

4.Ryan Shamrock--->2.5/10

5.Stacy Keibler-->Shes damn hot but no wrestling skills so 5/10 just for her looks only.
