Who is the smartest and strongest army in the world?

My own answer is Israel =]
 
The US has the most powerful military in the world.How they choose to use it can be questionable.The British and Israeli army are both small but very professional,these two countries use their military resources very wisely,so these you could call them "the smartest".
 
british all the way northern ireland england scotland and wales..... but them slanty eyes 1's are mad too plus the russians mmmm hard... 1 the americans strongest for weapons other than russia but the british sas def that best in world... jus rem the RAF won the war weakened the german air force or Dday would never happened... least we forget... but america thinks they won the war aye rite they helped but we couldnt of done it without them ... brothers in arms ... Quis seperabit!!!!!!!
