The NDP is not the governing party of Canada. As such it does not have a Minister of the Environment. The NDP form provincial governments in both Nova Scotia and Manitoba. Sterling Beliveau is the Minister of Environment for Nova Scotia. Bill Blaikie is the Minister of Conservation for Manitoba.
