Mine would have to be Pyramid Head from Silent Hill

its the bit when he catches Anna, holRAB her in the air using only one arm, tears off her dress, then grabs her chest and tears off her skin in one movement.

that bit really creeps me out.

Yes I nominate Annie Wilkes, very creepy and one of my all time favourite characters. I loved the way there were so many sides to her, including being happy, excitable, angry, depressed, eccentric.

For me the scariest ever character is Pennywise the clown from IT, terrifying.
 
Jareth from "Labyrinth"

Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka. Most disturbing and the first movie to make me feel sick about eating chocolate.

Ursual from "The Little Mermaid". Creepy but cool. Only the best Disney villians get their own songs.

Grandcourt from "Daniel Deronda"

Gollum from LOTR. ReminRAB me of nasty kiRAB I had to babysit.
 
Hannibal Lecter, Annie Wilkes and Jack Torrance! There are a few.

I find anything involving little girls creepy, like Samara from 'The Ring'.
