okay well i am a huge steeler fan and i absolutely love ike taylor. and ike taylor ran 26 mph in the 40 yard dash and ran a 4.26 time. now is ike the fastest man ever recorded?

-this is something another guy said on another post, is it true?

----------If Ike is running a 4.26 40, that's an average of just 19.21 mph over that distance. If he hit 26 mph for just a single second of those 40 yards, he'd cover a mindboggling 12.71 yards in that one second. It's correct that when Usain Bolt set the 100m record in 2008, he covered meters 50 to 80 in 2.46 seconds, which translates to 27.27 mph. So, actually, we should say that Ike Taylor, swaggin, at 26mph is the second fastest human being in recorded history, topped only by the 2008 performance of Usain Bolt during meters 50 through 80 of his record setting 100 meters------

-can anyone help me out? i would love to walk around school with my ike jersey and brag that hes the 2nd fastest man ever recorded?
