We were renting a house from my husbands uncle. We spent a month cleaning and painting the house before we moved in. (So I don't think we should have to pay a deposit, we didn't but read on) He told us we he was going to let us rent to own the house from him, he went back on that, and had even told us if we weren't in by a certain date he was going to rent it out to someone else. When he knew our lease wasn't up at the other place for a few more weeks. But heres the deal. We had no Air conditioning all summer, couldn't flush the toilet with out sticking out hand in the tank. We have been told we were disrespectful for not cleaning the house up when we left, when I told him I needed three days and we would be out. He cut the locks on the 2nd day. Hes disrspectful. I still had stuff there. So the girl who says we are disrespectful is his daughter. The man never fixed anything right, half of my outlets. my microwave beeped everry 5 minutes so you had to unplug it. Is she being biased?
