I have been looking for months to get a tattoo. I'm looking for an artist who truly considers themselves an artist and not just a person who does tattoos. I worked with one person, but they canceled appointments, did not return phone call and emails in a timely fashion. I need someone who is a fantastic artist and respects my time as well. Anyone can do flash art, I need someone with original ideas as well.
