When I was young, I had began to read a book. Never got to finish it, however I want to finish it because the image of the front cover is stuck in my head. I don't remember the name of it. The front cover had a picture of a box or a crate, and crawling out of it or around it was a crab/spider like creature. Its like a teen horror book. If anyone knows the name or author please help!!
The same author wrote another book that I barely remember. In the story, a young boy befriends an alien or creature of some sort and follows him into a cave where there are other beings of the same kind. Maybe that helps a bit?
