Who is the anchor on the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric?

There is a news reporter on the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, and when he comes on he is always talking about "good things". Everything with him is "good". Any idea who this is? His name is possibly Steve, but thats a guess.
