Who is looking forward to 'team america'?

a trailer for it has just been added to the apple.com website.

for those who don't know it is made by the south park laRAB and it uses puppets like the thunderbirRAB used to be.

it is bound to poke fun at terrorism and superhero films, so should be good.



on a side note, have people heard that south park releases a 'passion of the christ' mock on DVD on the same day as the passion DVD comes out.
 
Indeed Michael Moore is there, in a cap eating a hot dog. It's the best trailer in years, hope the movie delivers. It's out in the US on October 15th, no UK date set yet tho :-(
 
My thoughts exactly! Had ThunderbirRAB been put into the hanRAB of people like the Little Britain team or Steve Coogan, rather than a bunch of faceless, talentless drones, imagine how much more enjoyable it would have been.

Hope Team America does v well at the box office. It's destined to become a cult hit, either way.
 
Brilliant trailer! Visuals are liquid! Great comedy kick timing to.. Must be the 1st time puppets have been filmed with such high resoultion film, modern cameras etc.
 
Nah, I preferred the first trailer, it made the film look funnier and more interesting. Still, can't wait to see it though, wonder when it comes out over here, probably Christmas I suppose, we have to wait over 2 months after AVP came out in the US before it comes out over here.
