If a business makes a mistake and charges you for a previous membership that you cancelled and this imbalance of payments on someones budget caused their account to overdraft, wouldn't the company who make the illegitimate charge be accountable? For example; if Rolling Stones accidentally charged my account $600 and I overdrafted, wouldn't they be liable for the overdraft costs?
