Well With Mamma Mia coming out on Dvd on Monday I just wanted to know who will be going out on Monday Morning to get there copy?

Are any shops going to open at Midnight to start selling it?? or will there be a mad rush of people going into shops at 9am on Monday??

Apparently Sex and the City sold nearly a million copies in it's first week over here, and that film was much smaller in comparison so I suspect the DVD will be huge, especially given it's feel good nature and in the run upto xmas it will be exceptionally popular with families.

Well I will be down my local town on Monday at 9 am to get a copy, only because thats the time I usually end up down there after the school run but I certainly won't be rushing :D

My mother absolutely loves this film. I have it, but am waiting for the right time to watch it.................preferrably when I'm feeling sprightly enough to watch it.

Shops open at midnight??? Why on EARTH would they do that for a standard DVD? It's not like it's the first new Beatles album since the 70's with newly discovered tracks on it (not counting the Anthology tracks for all you pedants out there). It's a normal movie that will attract no more attention than Transformers or Quantum Of Solace (or many other movies - pedants thwarted again).

Most people probably pre-order on the net now anyway. If you do that you sometimes get it on the Saturday before release!

I love Abba!

I HATE this film, however! Meryl Streep playing a woman who is supposedly in her late 30's/Early 40's....gimme a break!!!

Crappity crap....wasted time watching this....An hour and a half of my life I cannot reclaim back!

Even Colin Firth annoyed me in this film!

The stage version was far superior it even got to the level of watchable. But yes the wife will be buying this whenever we have any free money (should be around august 2112)
