Who is considered the individual that has killed more people than anyone else in

I would suggest that Sandwich Q Grande is probably responsible for the greatest number fkilled by an individual in one day. I think it was mass food poising onboard a ship voyaging to the new world circa columbus time. Not certain though!
 
history? I tried looking this up, but I couldn't find it.
(And when I say "killed more people", I mean personally committed the murders, so world leaders and dictators are out.)

The most I could find was Vasili Blokhin, who killed 7,000 Polish officers within a month as part of the Katyn massacre, and has been recorded as killing tens of thousands more.

Do you have any other mass-murderers with such a high kill count?
EDIT: No, no, no, he shot them himself personally, with a German pistol. Look it up!
