i got into an accident yesterday. my car was parked on the left side of the street, which is where you park, but i was asked to move into my driveway cause the house i was parked in front of was cutting tree limbs and wanted to put a truck there. and my drive way is directly across from where i was parked. so when i got in the car i reversed about 5 feet so i would be able to make the turn in one try, when i reverse i put my right hand behind the head rest of the passenger seat and turn my head backwards and look back and i saw no cars. then i put the car in drive and turned the wheels to the right checked my mirrors (i didn't see any car) started turning sharply and slowly when an oncoming car smacked the front right of my car. i personally could not tell how fast the other car was going but people around said way over the speed limit, and the triple A guy said that amount of damage could not be done at 25 mph, which was the speed limit. i got all the insurance info and all that crap, that's not what i'm asking about, i'm asking who do you think is at fault here or do you think its equal. i don't know if this matters but when i was hit i jerked around and hit my head of the top of the car and now my neck hurts.
