Anti- Islam Film assailed widely

Goes the heading of a local daily. It has reported that many dignitaries, including UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon has deplored the offensively Anti-Islam made Film by Dutch Film Maker, Geert Wilders. Just a few weeks ago a series of blasphemous cartoons were printed umpteenth time in Danish Newspapers. Widespread demonstrations were made in the Islamic world against the derogatory caricatures when they appeared for the first time. Yet they were repeated not only in Denmark but in many European countries.


What is going on? Why these repeated attacks are being made on Islam and Holy Prophet of Islam? Who is behind this organized campaign? The Muslims believe in Moses and Jesus Christ, so they can never imagine insulting them. All Muslims have done is to show their hurt feelings and a request to world leaders to stop this nonsensical propaganda onslaught.What does this show? Who is arrogant ? Islam or the West?
 
thats democracy, i mean you can insult jesus if you want infact people do it all the time, there is nokia ad showing jesus can't answer his phone because he is crossed.
all religions get criticised in the west. most people here really have an athiest life and love it because its so free, no commitment, no praying, sex with any one.
personnally i don't believe in media censorship so they should show the film or cartoons and if you don't like make a film on jesus or just criticise or rebuttle their views
 
These people not only make offensive films on Mohamed only but also on Jesus Christ and gods of other religions. But nobody reacts as much as the Muslims. Regarding the offending cartoon, the muslim community vehemently opposed even though many of them not known what the cartoon was. Here whom the arrogant is not the question.Who is the most intolerant is the question.
 
Perhaps you should look at why there are repeated attacks on Islam - what are Muslims doing to provoke such attacks?

I think perhaps Islam/Muslims needs to take a long hard look at their own followers behaviour before criticising everyone else.

What is really worrying here is that you seem to be blind to how Islam has brought this on itself.
 
You made a very good point. There are arrogant and ignorant people on both sides. The media only points her fingers at muslims and they never talk about the injustice that have been committed against muslims.
The west for example particularly the U.S. government supports, Israel a country that practices Aparheid and has violated 65+ U.N resolutions and that has recently unleashed a holocaust on the Palestinians, the U.S. also has invaded Iraq based on nothing but lies.

Muslims have to wake up to the bad things they do as much as the west needs to wake up to the harm they have done to the muslim world.
 
You guys buy your trouble. Do you mean to say that 9/11 in USA, Glasgow bombings, Indian parliament attack, Russian theatre attacks, attacks on Israel etc. are all correct things. Compared to that those cartoons are nothing.

Don't say too many things on your opinion on Jesus Christ. We hear daily what you guys say about Christianity.

It was not we who attacked you, it was you who attacked us. There can now be no doubt about who needs to be dealt a final blow. It is not the West but isalmics. You have brought your doom upon yourselves.
 
Islam is at fault here for starting the problem in the first place. Islam makes demands or concessions on others that are above and beyond reasonable. It is true that you believe that Jesus existed but you only believe that he was a prophet instead of the Son of God.
 
The problem is when you interpret a cartoon as an "attack". They weren't attacks.
And showing you are hurt shouldn't include threatening to behead people.
God can solve his own problems. If he is hurt or offended,he is powerful enough to strike dead his enemies. And if he doesn't, who are we to think we should do it for him?
Who is arrogant here, who knows better than God?
