Racked up 5,000 dollars in medical bills one month before my insurance went through. Talked to the hospital, since Im a full time student and single mom they offered to cut my payment by 75% and perhaps even forgive the remaining balance if I show I am broke enough. I got the paperwork which I don't want to screw up cause theres no way I will ever be able to pay that and I come to a section that says GUARANTOR information. Who is that? Is that me? No one else pays my bills but me and I already put unmarried so who is this? Should I fill this out. They said they wouldn't take the app unless it was completely filled out so I'm stressing. Any help would be great thanks.
Who is a guarantor on financial assistance medical paperwork? Do I need to put one?
