Even though Bosh went to college. Howard is still on a way higher skill level then Bosh. He's a better rebounder and shot blocker. The advantage Bosh has on Howard is a jump shot.
Plus Dwight is Superman.....C'mon you can't pick agianst Superman.

overall i would say bosh is better than howard right now. howard is similar to ben wallace, hes a defensive presence and is a rebounding machine. bosh is good at those but not as good as howard, but bosh is clearly a much better offensive threat than howard. but you have to count the fact that bosh is a pf and howard is a center. one one one howard is just too strong and athletic for bosh, but skill wise id say bosh is ahead at the moment.
