Who, in your opinion is the HipHop version of a bust (sports term)?

If you don't know, a bust in sports is a player with alot of hype early in his career, but turns out to be overrated and doesn't pan out to what was expected of him.
 
NaS.Illmatic is an album he never could top,and it hurt his career.He was more like an ok player then a bust,but you still view him as a bust because of his potential.
