Who In The US Military Is Trained In "Arctic Warfare?"?

i went through three different "artic warfare" programs
DA, SF, and NG
and the one run by the Vermont Nat Guard was the best
but the one in alaska was 17 yrs earlier
and there was a lot of time to improve the training program

when i went to alaska, camp drum had had colder weather and more snow, and there was a move afoot to change site of the program (1972)

I've seen soldiers skiing before, but it was only in the distance. I wasn't skiing with them. But man, they look cool.

i think every branch but the air force has an arctic expeditionary unit that does that, but i mean we're fighting in the middle of the desert not the arctic, a lot of it has to do with where the war is taking place.

"Arctic Warfare" LMAO
Almost every unit or squadron is trained in "arctic warfare," but especially the Special Forces, and the Rangers.
