I mean he is always so quick and accurate with his facts
It is hard to tell.

I mean it is common knowledge by this point the teleprompter tells him waht to say, but what I just cant figure out is why is the teleprompter so ignorant of actual facts or is it done on purpose with the hopes that the ignorant masses will never look up the facts to see what drivel it all is
 
If you had an IQ above room temperature, you'd see that Obama is the best President we've had for at least the past 50 years.

You'd also be able to see the irony of whingeing that Obama uses a teleprompter, when the as*hole who was last in the Oval Office could barely string three words together, without getting two of them wrong, and whose IQ was record-breaking only because he was the first man to approach absolute zero.
 
Given how stupid Obama sounds all the time, I certainly hope he does it for himself. It would be sad to believe that a team of writers couldn't come up with something better..
 
Your "common knowledge" is meaningless drivel. A teleprompter is nothing but a set of electronic note cards.

He used to write most of his own stuff. Now that he's president he doesn't have the time to do that, but unlike his predecessor he still has significant input into his own material, and has ultimate veto over his speeches. And also unlike his predecessor we know that he *could* write all of his own speeches if he had to.
 
Actually I think he does write them himself. I think that he probably spends too much time, doing them, rewriting them, deciding what catch phrases will sound good; "we will offer a helping hand if you unclench your fist" "Americans have been divisive, derisive, even" If you notice after he says things like this, he pauses, possibly expecting applause.
