we pay so much for the environment, when there are coal fires with black smoke in china, and all these G8 leaders use planes and cars JUST too meet up to share there ideas,
 
ME!!!!! I do. And it's disappearing forever if we don't control the population.

Rising population is the one and only cause of EVERY problem facing this country and the world - name one problem that does not arise from overpopulation.

And yet noone will discuss it!

There are coal fires here in Devon belching out black smoke all the time, even the sparrows have bronchitis, so the Councils don't care or they would make smokeless zones. I think people have global warming rammed down their throats so much that they just don't care anymore.
 
u kno what, i might be a little biased because i'm from china, but coal is a necessity of china(It's their primary source of energy) and it probably will be for a long long time. They are trying their best(as shown in the months/years before the beijing olympics). When I went their for the 2008 olympics(i live in st.louis right now), it was much better from when i went their in 2000. The black smoke and smog used to be there every day in 2000. But in 2008, i would only see it about once every four or five days. i don't blame you for thinking that china's enviroment is really bad, but people can't just expect them to suddenly go really green in the really near future.
 
i think it is just another gimmick to extract more out of us.look whats
in store higher gas /electric.which we can not afford. bringing back winter deaths to the very young and old.who ever heard of the green party just some more do gooders wanting to make a name for themselves.they should be looking at the rockets flying to space and stopping the wars.it is only a way of balancing the books putting fuel cost up so the government get more taxes to make up for the thieving
banker/and mps don't be fooled by the Tory's or browns clown party.
