Ok I agree I dont believe the attacks were his fault, I feel he couldnt have done anything.

But the gas yes it his his fault. He can make a bill to help fund hydropowered cars, hybrids what ever. So when we go to these alternatives, like 75% of people will switch over. There for the people who still use gas cars will have it alot cheaper. Supply and Demand.
