I noticed that I am eligible to receive the Xavier grant from Xavier University, but I never received one. I submitted by FAFSA online by the university's priority deadline of February 15 and I have an EFC of 0. I plan on making an appeal to receive this grant and want to know which rank is the highest in its financial aid office; so I know whom is best to contact. The positions in this school are financial aid specialist, director, assistant director, and senior associate director.
