Who has owned a 2007 Dodge Diesel?

I would like to know who has owned a 2007 Dodge Cummins Diesel and got repair work done and the factory refused to cover it.That they said it was your fault the truck broke down and wanted you to pay for it.please email and let me know.
 
Find a Dodge Forum on the web. You will be amazed at the complaints.
My friend who has a 07 Ram 3500 Diesel had 23K miles on his truck when the transmission went out & they said "That will be $4400 please"
They said he was towing something that was over the trucks tow limit so the warranty is not applicable. He tows a 63 Corvette Show car!!!

He is in arbitration right now. Been without his truck since July 4th weekend.
