Who has a better selection of female betta fish (petsmart or petco?)?

also when do they normally get their new shipment of betta fish, i asked both stores online but petsmart said 'we dont sell live fish online'- not even what i was asking and petco said 'we get new fish a lot so check back often'
i specfically want a purple female, and a light blue one, and a green one :)
