who else thinks the show whale wars is screwed up? for on the japanese have permits and what they are doing is legal because they are in international waters, and they are doing things like ramming the whaling boats which is legal because of the location and the "kidnapping" thing well what do you expect, if they keep messing with the whaling boats whats to keep them from sinking them then and there, its legal. the guys on the cook boat are retarted and the captain is a total dumbass. and the japs could LEGALLY kill any one of the crew members or all
 
It IS NOT legal because once the united nations agree on something, every country inside the UN has to comply, if the country is not part of the united nations then it has no reason to comply and can do anything it wants. although theyre prone to war form the other nations of the UN if its a law that the UN made. Legally they can kill anyone on that boat, your right, but also legally the untied states could in fact start a fight (or war or law suit or whatever you wanna call it ) with Japan and take them to the world's court. Although i agree. the ramming crap and all. Its aparently good for ratings or whatever
