Who else is tired of the 88 team and how bad they are performing in Sprint Cup?

I get sick of seeing the same old stuff all of the time and its pretty bad when they can't do anything with a 4th place start. I was amazed today at how good of an attitude Dale Jr had, but it got him nowhere. I was also amazed today by listening to the conversations on the scanner the whole race and McGrew had no idea what was going on. At one point, toward the beginning on a restart where they restarted over after a few laps. Dale Jr was saying that he could tell after that lap or 2 that the changes they made werent right and he was going to need to turn better to go anywhere. McGrew said 10/4 we'll fix you up on the next stop. 40 laps or so later, Dale Jr simply came on the radio and said that his car was just now starting to loosin up after 40 plus laps and it was getting better. McGrew said yeah the cars just taking to long to come in so we're going to have to tighten you up. Tighten him up? He was already tight! I don't know what to think about McGrew. Last week, I thought Dale Jr could've given more feed back and be more positive. This week he was being very detailed and McGrew still doesn't get it. I can't remember the last time the 88 team made an adjustment early in a race that actually made his car better. They always go to the back and then it may get better after 15 adjustments back to where they started, but never at first. What is going on? I know they had a good car and still could'nt do anything with it. That to me is almost a disappointing as having a terrible car all weekend. Your thoughts?
