Cricket sucks. It may be cheap...at first...but that doesnt last long. They changed my plan on me and added features without my permission several times. When I called to complain, they told me to go to a store and deal with it.
And that was a manager.
The closest store is thirty minutes away from my house with light traffic. And Ive had to pay extra almost every month for items I didnt want. Not to mention the signal is terrible. I barely get a signal anywhere!! Only in the city and outside of buildings.
Bad customer service. Bad phones. Bad signal. BAD COMPANY! DO NOT USE!!!! Go ahead and pay a couple bucks more for another phone service now, because youll be paying more than that later.
