To be fair, the film is 12A, I personally think that taking someone half the rating's age to see it isn't the cleverest thing. Obviously, it's the parent's choice, but I hope they wouldn't dream of complaining against scenes such as the torturing. I know films can be 12A now, but surely there should be a minimum age for this rule!?
