Who drives the Ninky Nonk and Pinky Ponk In the night garden?

And why when there saying goodnight to everyone in the garden why do they leave out the Haa Hoos and Watinggers?
 
I know! Their so unfair, I think one of the Haa Hoos drives it, theres enough of them for one to slip away...
 
i thought of that too...have u noticed that they hardly show the wottingers or the haa hoos do they? also let me know this...obviously there are people inside these characters but how do they breathe? come to think of it how do tweenies and the teletubbies breathe?
