stores kick you, no reason? Granted somedays I'm in a bad mood and go to certain places and might look like I'm in a bad mood, but my god, I NEVER said anything or did anything to anyone in those places, and just judging by my exterior this one guy always calls security to keep an eye out for me, literally. I see the security guard and he's checking me all out, hoping I "make a move" or whatever.

That is SO unbelievable and I feel discriminated against.

Also can stores kick you out or refuse you service, for absolutely no reason? Isn't that discriminatory? What do we do in such cases?
I HONESTLY feel like people are picking/choosing who they want in their stores, who they LIKE, who they don't like, and there is absolutely NOTHING under the son wrong with me, except i have an anxiety/depression issue sometimes and can appear out of it or in a not so great mental state, but it's not endangering anyone else. Just because of that, I feel that some stores discrimminate.

Calling security on me,...is just ridiculous. It's prejudice and whatever, call it taking precaution,

it's PROFILING.
If it's no reason, then that's still discrimination because you have no legit legal reason to do so, and I can always take action, can I not? what rights do we really HAVE then?

So you're saying someone just happens to not like me, they can then just make up any old excuse and kick me out? that's just ridiculous.
This is a barnes and noble, in my hometown that I have been going to for a LONG time, and in the last few years I've changed alot. I've become alot more confident, assertive, and haven't always been in the best moods, meaning I don't smile, or I'll just kind of be pissy, wanting to be left alone, go read on a table alone with my head put down in my books, and am not very courteous with the staff, just basically say things like yep, thanks, okay, great....

but that's not ALL the time, just when I'm not in a bad mood, and that ALONE,..makes so many of them give me dirty/weird looks and I notice security watching/following me from time to time when I go there, but it's USUALLY when this one person ( who I know and sense doesn't like me, ) is on shift, he always gets on his phone and calls security.

What's funny is, the other day I was ina GREAT mood, dressed nice, was laughing and just happy,...

and next thing u know, he's giving me dirty looks and so is security. It's ridiculous!
