Who do I contact at Ford Motor to get details regarding my 1969 Galaxie?

I am trying to get a certificate to show the original details about my 1969 Ford Galaxie. Does anyone know who I can contact to get this info. I have seen other cars at shows display a certificate from Ford showing what number the car was off the line and how many of the particular style was made.
