Who could I sue: the black or the gym, or both?

Well the other day, I was at the gym, and this big black guy came up to me and said that it was his turn on the machine I was using. Now our gym has a 40 minutes use time, when other people are waiting, but he waited out the 40 minutes! But my workout was so good, I didn't want to stop. When I said he couldn't have a turn, he threatened to call management. But I told him the 40 minute wait policy was not applicable to blacks, and I spit on his shoes. He came back with the management, who then kicked me out of the gym, me fighting the whole time. Obviously, my rights were infringed. I am asking who could I sue.
