I don't want to make a scene and get my family involved, so going to a therapist or setting up a random doctor appointment isn't really an option, and I can't really sneak over to a place to get evaluated. I was trying to find therapist online to talk to but you have to generally pay for them. I don't need a session, I just want answers. I want to talk to someone about what symptoms I have and find out how serious it is. Does anyone know where I could email or chat with a professional who can give me answers?
