over the weekend my husbands daughter called at 2 am crying that her mother left her and her 2 year old brother unattended. the cops were called and they called the youth protection they sent his daughter home with us and the child to a foster home. we went to youth court the judges found both children in danger and still they sent the kids back with the mother. the mother came home drunk along with her abusive boyfriend. this is the question my husband does not agree with the decision of sending his daughter back to her. can he appeal and if so can it go in his favour? the system sucks royally.
who can overrule a youth division court of quebec?
